Cees de Jong

CEO

Cees holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University) and a BSc in Electrical Engineering. His career started as an MD at KPN and was followed by International C-level positions in international ICT companies. Cees is a CEO who strongly focuses on achieving results and building long-lasting relationships.

Artur Nowakowski

CTO

Artur holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Technology, Lodz, Poland. He started as a developer and evolved his career to Chief Technology Officer at CC4ALL. Artur’s technical knowledge is now the base of CC4Teams product evolution. Artur is responsible for product management and leads the development team in Romania.

Peter Mahutte

COO

Peter studied business economics. He started his career as a contact center manager at an international investment company. In 2006, he switched to sales in the customer contact center industry and later to Telecom software manufacturers. In 2022, Peter joined CC4All as Chief Operations Officer, leading the Operations team responsible for projects and support.

Peter Roelens

Peter graduated as Commercial Engineer and launched his career by founding Nextel. Over the years, he built the company to become one of Belgium’s largest system integrators. Peter sold Nextel in 2018, and is currently a principal investor in CC4ALL and is involved in many business activities combined in the LinqUp investment group.
